Daily Programme at Street

For students aged 12-17

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays students follow the same structure throughout the day (see below).

On Wednesdays students have a full-day excursion and on Saturdays they have English Language Tuition in the mornings and a half-day excursion in the afternoon. Find out more about excursions here.

Most Sundays are arrival and departure days; students who are not arriving or departing on those days can take part in extra academic clubs or friendly games/activities and occasionally have the option to take part in an extra trip, for example a walk up Glastonbury Tor or a trip to the local shopping centre Clarks Village in Street.

Mornings at Street

9am - 12.30pm: 3 x 1 hour Morning Options (English Language Tuition)

Each week students can choose to participate in General English, Cambridge Assessment English (3 week course) or Global Young Leaders.

12.30pm - 1.30pm: Lunch

1.30pm - 4pm: Afternoon Options -

A choice of:

  • Extra English & Exam Classes
  • Sports & Recreation
  • Academies

4.30pm - 6pm: Clubs (a range of creative and sports activities to choose from)

For students aged 6-11

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays students follow the same structure throughout the day (see below).

On Wednesdays students have a full-day excursion and on Saturdays they have English Language Tuition classes in the mornings and a half-day excursion in the afternoon. Find out more about excursions here.

Most Sundays are arrival and departure days; students who are not arriving or departing on those days will have Homework Club in the mornings, led by EFL teachers in house, followed by friendly games/activities in the afternoons when they will occasionally have the option to take part in an extra trip, for example a walk up Glastonbury Tor or a trip to the local shopping centre Clarks Village in Street.
